📝 About the Role
As a Website Review and Compliance Report Specialist, you will play a critical role in monitoring global regulatory websites, identifying safety-related updates, and ensuring timely communication with internal and external stakeholders. You will also contribute to SOP management and compliance documentation aligned with global pharmacovigilance standards.
📊 Key Responsibilities
- Daily review of regulatory and health authority websites across multiple countries
- Identify safety-related updates and communicate them to relevant stakeholders
- Prepare and update SOPs, guidelines, and internal documentation
- Coordinate with QPPV and LRP teams
- Draft and maintain compliance and regulatory reports
- Organize and participate in meetings with QPPV and cross-functional teams
📚 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: M.Pharm (Pharmacology / Pharmaceutics)
- Experience: 1–2 years in Pharmacovigilance / Regulatory Compliance
- Strong knowledge of global regulations including:
- GVP
- MHRA
- EU Regulations
- USFDA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities

- Sound understanding of Pharmacovigilance processes:
- PSMF
- ICSR
- PSUR
- RMP
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple compliance activities simultaneously
