1️⃣ Production Assistant / Associate
📍 Work Location: Vasanthanarasapura – Tumkur
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring & controlling fermentation and cell separation operations
- Media preparation, cleaning, sterilization & equipment calibration
- Inoculum preparation and fermenter inoculation
- Sampling, biochemical assays, growth & substrate analysis
- Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), deviations & investigations
- Following GMP guidelines & quality standards
- Supporting downstream processes (harvest, separation, drying)
- Equipment maintenance & process data recording
- Shift-based work (weekly rotation)
2️⃣ Research Assistant / Associate
📍 Work Location: Nagasandra – Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities
- Bench-top & bioreactor-based fermentation experiments
- Process optimization for yield & bioactivity
- Biochemical quantification assays
- Sample collection, monitoring & documentation
- Media preparation, sterilization & batch setup
- Equipment handling & routine maintenance
- Experimental design, data analysis & technical reports
- Independent research with minimal supervision
- Shift-based work (weekly rotation)
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✅ Education:
- BSc / MSc – Biochemistry, Biotechnology
- Biochemical Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
- Related Life Science disciplines
✅ Experience: Freshers to 3 Years
💡 Preferred Background:
Bio-industrial, Pharma, Dairy, Chemical, Fermentation, or Life Sciences (added advantage)
