- Qualification: Bsc (Science)/M.Sc. (Science)/B.Pharma/M. Pharma or related field.
- Experience: 0-4 years of experience in international voice process, preferably in the US healthcare domain.
- Communication: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
