About the Role 📝
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), you will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality clinical trial execution through effective site monitoring, protocol compliance, and strong site relationships. Your responsibilities will include:
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits – selection, initiation, monitoring & close-out – per ICH-GCP guidelines.
- Site Support: Support and track site-level subject recruitment plans.
- Protocol Training: Provide protocol training and maintain ongoing site communication.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance, data quality, and timely CRF completion.
- Study Progress: Manage study progress: submissions, approvals, enrollment & data queries.
Requirements 📚
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in life sciences/healthcare.
- Experience: 2-3 years of on-site monitoring experience.
- ICH-GCP: Strong understanding of ICH-GCP.
- Therapeutic Knowledge: Good therapeutic/protocol knowledge.
- MS Office: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, organizational & problem-solving skills.
