🔍 Role: Pharmacovigilance Assessor (PV Agreements – PVA)

This role focuses on drafting, reviewing, and managing Pharmacovigilance Agreements between partnering organisations, ensuring compliance with global safety regulations.

✅ Experience Required

• 2–3 years of core Pharmacovigilance experience
• Strong knowledge of ICH Guidelines & GVP Modules
• Hands-on experience with Global & Local PV Agreements (PVA)

📝 Key Responsibilities

📑 Drafting & Reviewing PVAs

• Draft, revise, and align PV Agreements with global regulatory and internal standards
• Ensure clarity in safety data exchange responsibilities

🤝 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Resolve comments and discrepancies during PVA negotiations

📊 Compliance Monitoring & Dashboards

• Monitor compliance of active PVAs
• Create trackers and dashboards to ensure timeline adherence

📧 PVA Mailbox & Repository Management

• Act as primary contact for PVA-related queries
• Maintain accurate documentation in the PVA repository

📉 Tracking & Reporting

• Maintain PVA trackers and reconcile active agreements
• Notify stakeholders of new or updated agreements

👥 Team & Project Participation

• Provide regular updates during team meetings
• Highlight operational or compliance risks
