💼 Position Details
- Job Title: Pharmacovigilance Officer

- Qualification: Master’s in Life Sciences / Natural Sciences / Nursing / Medical background

📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Project Monitoring & Safety Management
- Coordinate pharmacovigilance activities using project tracking tools
- Prepare safety documents including SAE forms and reporting guidelines
- Develop training materials for investigator meetings and PV safety trainings
- Share progress reports, safety listings, and study updates with PV Safety Managers and clients
🔹 Pharmacovigilance Operations
- Support SAE processing as per SOPs, protocols, and regulatory timelines
- Maintain and update internal safety databases 🗂️
- Perform follow-ups with investigator sites for query resolution
- Draft clear, compliant case narratives
- Distribute ICSRs to Ethics Committees, Investigators, and MAHs
- Prepare and circulate 6-monthly SUSAR line listings
- Support preparation of DSUR case narratives and submissions
- Coordinate MedDRA coding requests with Data Management & Statistics teams
- Assist in additional pharmacovigilance departmental activities as required
🧠 Technical & Functional Skills
✅ Strong understanding of Pharmacovigilance workflows
✅ Experience with SAE, ICSR, SUSAR & DSUR reporting
✅ Knowledge of ICH, EMA, and FDA guidelines
✅ Familiarity with safety databases & MedDRA coding
✅ Proficiency in MS Office 📊
✅ High attention to detail and documentation accuracy
