- Role: Operations Intern
- Duration: 3 Months
- Eligibility: Freshers & Early-Career Professionals
- Monthly Stipend: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 💰
🧑💼 Key Roles & Responsibilities
As an Operations Intern, you will support end-to-end healthcare coordination and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Update medical appointment status (Show / No-Show) in systems
- Schedule medical appointments for Insurance & Corporate clients
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and check diagnostic centre availability 📞
- Follow up with diagnostic centres for timely medical reports
- Perform quality checks and upload reports as per defined checklists
- Share daily Show/No-Show reports with Head Office
- Reschedule No-Show cases based on advisor guidance
- Handle customer and diagnostic centre queries & grievances
- Ensure closure of Head Office queries within defined TAT
- Achieve monthly turnaround time targets for medical reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (Call Centre, QC, Billing & Branches)
- Maintain smooth communication across all stakeholders
