- Role Summary: A Sr Clinical Operation Specialist responsible for the end-to-end management of PSDS/MAP programs, including regulatory submissions for medical affairs studies and related activities.
Key Responsibilities 📝
- PSDS/MAP Management: Support in creating new user/physician accounts in GEMS system and ensure smooth onboarding for PSDS/MAP request submissions.
- Local MA Studies: Manage end-to-end CTRI submissions/registrations of MA studies, including addressing queries and communication with the CTRI team.
- Financial & Vendor Coordination: Review and process invoices related to MA activities, support publication activities, and vendor onboarding and qualification.

- Clinical Trial Operations: Experience in clinical trial operations, medical operations, and regulatory document management.
- Clinical Trials System Proficiency: Proficiency in clinical trials systems, including GEMS and CTRI.
