🎓 Educational Qualification
- M.Pharm (Pharmaceutics or relevant specialization preferred)
💼 Experience Required
- Hands-on experience in creams, ointments, and other topical dosage forms
- Practical exposure to formulation development and scale-up activities
- Experience in technology transfer will be an added advantage
🔬 Key Responsibilities
- Development and optimization of creams, ointments, and topical formulations
- Support scale-up and technology transfer to manufacturing
- Conduct and review stability studies and maintain documentation
- Troubleshoot formulation and process-related challenges
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and Production teams for smooth execution
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements
🧠 Skills & Competencies
- Strong hands-on expertise in semisolid formulations
- In-depth knowledge of excipients, formulation processes, and validation
- Understanding of regulatory documentation and pharma guidelines
