🛠️ Core Responsibilities
1. Manufacturing & Process Support
- Assist in production activities for biologicals and medical devices
- Follow Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Device History Records (DHR)
- Gain exposure to upstream and downstream processes
2. Equipment Handling (CIP/SIP)
- Support cleaning and sterilization processes (CIP/SIP)
- Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment ⚙️
3. GMP Compliance & Documentation
- Follow WHO-GMP guidelines and SOPs
- Maintain accurate documentation and logbooks
- Learn ALCOA+ data integrity principles
4. Cleanroom & Aseptic Practices
- Work in ISO-classified cleanroom environments
- Follow strict gowning and contamination control protocols 🧼
5. Quality & Safety Protocols
- Report deviations and assist in CAPA
- Perform in-process quality checks
- Follow EHS and biohazard safety guidelines 🛡️
6. Exposure to Global Standards
- Assist in audit readiness for USFDA, EMA, and ISO 13485
