TransPerfect, a global leader in language and business solutions, is hiring a Project Coordinator – Pharmacovigilance (PV) Solutions for its Pune (on-site) location.
This role is open to freshers and experienced professionals who are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about Pharmacovigilance & Drug Safety operations.
📝 About the Role
In this position, you will oversee administrative elements of non-linguistic Pharmacovigilance projects, support literature monitoring activities, and ensure timely, high-quality client deliverables.
You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, applying Good Pharmacovigilance Practices (GVP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDocP) while building strong internal relationships.
📊 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee administrative components of PV projects
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with internal teams
- Drive GVP best practices and documentation standards
- Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with client expectations
- Support the Production team to meet strict client deadlines
📚 Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong problem-solving & critical-thinking abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail
