Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound & outbound calls related to patient safety
- Collect and process adverse event (AE) information
- Provide product information to HCPs and patients
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to company SOPs
📚 Requirements
- B. Pharma degree
- Up to 1 year of experience in Pharmacovigilance
- BPO experience is mandatory
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
