As a Medical Records Review & Summarisation Executive, you’ll work on US patient medical records, preparing clear and structured summaries used for litigation, insurance, and more.
Responsibilities 📊
Review US medical records and identify key clinical details
Prepare structured medical summaries and chronologies
Extract information on injuries, treatments, procedures, and outcomes
Maintain accuracy, neutrality, and confidentiality of PHI
Follow client formats, timelines, and quality standards
Requirements 📚
B.Pharm qualification (2024/2025 Graduates only)
Good understanding of medical terminology
Strong English reading and writing skills
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Comfortable with MS Word & documentation work
Mandatory 1-year service commitment
