• Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) and Regulatory and Start-Up teams with clinical document management.
  • Maintain clinical documents and systems, including the Trial Master File (TMF).
  • Prepare, handle, distribute, and archive clinical documentation and reports.
  • Track and manage Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries, and clinical data flow.
  • Act as a central contact for the clinical team for designated project communications.

Essential Functions 📝

• Document Management: Accurately update and maintain clinical documents and systems.
• Clinical Trial Supplies: Assist with preparation, handling, and distribution of clinical trial supplies.
• Tracking and Management: Track and manage CRFs, queries, and clinical data flow.
• Site Visits: May accompany CRAs on site visits to assist with clinical monitoring duties.

Qualifications 📝

• Education: Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Computer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Communication Skills: Good command of English language and effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Time Management: Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
• GCP and ICH Guidelines: Awareness of applicable clinical research regulatory requirements.
