The Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) plays a key supporting role in the Clinical Research team. The position focuses on documentation management, administrative coordination, regulatory compliance support, and communication with clinical trial sites.

📝 Key Responsibilities
📂 Documentation & Administrative Support
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining essential clinical trial documents such as:
- Study protocols
- Informed Consent Forms (ICFs)
- Case Report Forms (CRFs)
- Study reports
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic and paper trial files
- Ensure documents are inspection- and audit-ready
- Provide administrative support including:
- Scheduling meetings
- Preparing agendas and minutes
- Coordinating internal and external communications
- Supporting travel and logistics when required ✈️
⚖️ Regulatory Compliance Support
- Assist in preparation and submission of regulatory documents to:
- Ethics Committees
- Regulatory Authorities
- Support compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and applicable regulations
- Track regulatory submissions, approvals, and renewals
- Maintain regulatory binders and essential trial documentation as per SOPs 📜
🏥 Site Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with clinical trial sites for documentation and operational needs
- Support communication with investigators, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Assist in tracking site activities to ensure smooth trial execution 🤝
🎓 Eligibility & Job Requirements
✅ Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Life Sciences
- Biology
- Chemistry
- Pharmacy
- Nursing
- Public Health
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Clinical Research is an added advantage
✅ Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in Clinical Research
