- Maintain clinical study documents (protocols, ICFs, CRFs, study reports)
- Organize electronic and physical trial files with accuracy
- Assist with meeting schedules, MOMs, and coordination
- Support travel arrangements and internal communications
📑 Regulatory & Compliance Support
- Assist in preparing and submitting documents to Ethics Committees & regulators
- Ensure compliance with GCP and applicable regulations
- Maintain regulatory files and support audit readiness
🤝 Site & Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with trial sites and vendors for smooth operations
- Support ongoing site activities and documentation follow-ups
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Public Health, or related fields
- PG Diploma in Clinical/Research Studies is a plus
Experience
- Freshers passionate about clinical research are welcome
- 0–2 years of relevant clinical research experience preferred
