🔍 Role Overview: Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA)
The Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) plays a critical role in ensuring that clinical trials run smoothly and efficiently.
In this role, you’ll support the Clinical Operations team by handling documentation, coordinating with sites, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

📋 Key Responsibilities
As a CTA, you will be responsible for:
- Trial Coordination: Supporting Project Managers and CRAs in daily study activities
- Documentation & Submissions: Preparing and managing documents for Ethics Committee (EC) and regulatory approvals
- TMF Management: Maintaining Trial Master Files and ensuring audit readiness
- Site Support: Coordinating with clinical sites for document tracking and compliance
- Monitoring Support: Assisting in Site Initiation Visits (SIV), monitoring visits, and close-outs
- Logistics Management: Handling study materials like lab kits and investigational products
- Execution Tracking: Updating logs, trackers, and drafting meeting minutes
🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences (Biotech, Microbiology, Chemistry, etc.)
Experience:
- 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

- Proficiency in MS Office
