Experience

Candidates must have hands-on expertise in transplant-focused diagnostics:
- HLA Typing – Tissue compatibility assessment
- Cross Matching – Detection of donor-specific antibodies
- Single Antigen Testing (Transplant) – Bead-based antibody profiling
