π Key Responsibilities
As a Drug Safety Executive focused on training, your day-to-day will involve high-level coordination and technical management:
Training Management: Overseeing both PV and Non-PV training modules to ensure a well-rounded workforce.
LMS Administration: Managing the Learning Management System (experience with Veeva is a huge plus!) to assign, track, and record training sessions.
Compliance & Reporting: Monitoring training completion rates and generating reports to ensure the organisation is “audit-ready” at all times. π
Document Control: Managing SOPs and training documentation to maintain a single source of truth for safety protocols.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with global stakeholders to align training programs with international safety standards.
Process Improvement: Conducting impact analyses to see how training translates into better quality data and implementing improvements where necessary. π‘
β Who is the Ideal Candidate?
The hiring team is looking for a blend of technical PV knowledge and excellent organisational skills.
Educational Background:
M.Pharm / B.Pharm / B.Sc. in Life Sciences.
Experience & Skills:
2 to 4 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance, specifically within Training or Compliance roles.
Hands-on experience with an LMS (Veeva experience is highly preferred).
Strong communication skills to conduct internal training sessions and interact with global teams.
A keen eye for detail regarding Label Management and Documentation Control.
