📌 About the Role – Medical Information Contact Center (MICC)
Mitocon Biopharma is hiring Medical Information Contact Center (MICC) professionals to handle scientific and safety-related queries from:
- Healthcare Professionals (HCPs)
- Patients
- Internal stakeholders
You’ll be delivering accurate, balanced, and compliant medical information, while working closely with Pharmacovigilance, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and Medical Affairs teams.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
- Handle medical information queries via calls and emails
- Provide scientifically accurate & compliant responses
- Document and track inquiries as per SOPs & regulatory guidelines
- Maintain quality, compliance, audit readiness & TAT standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional global pharma teams
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / PharmD
- MSc / BSc (Life Sciences)
Experience
- 1–8 years in:
- Medical Information (MICC)
- Pharmacovigilance / Drug Safety
- Clinical or regulated pharma processes
Skills Required
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- Strong understanding of SOPs, compliance & quality standards
- Ability to work in a regulated pharmaceutical environment
