About the Role 📝
As a Contracts Analyst at IQVIA, you’ll play a key role in managing contracts, developing proposals, and negotiating budgets with clients. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of proposals and contracts, driving business growth and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities 📊
- Contracts Management: Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients and vendors.
- Proposal Development: Develop and manage proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements and IQVIA standards.
- Budget Negotiation & Strategy Execution: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to negotiate budgets and develop strategic plans.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Advanced Excel Skills: Leverage Excel skills to manage data, create reports, and analyze trends.
Requirements 📚
- Experience: 2-5 years in Proposal/Contract Management roles, preferably in a CRO (Contract Research Organization) setting.
