🔍 Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring data integrity and quality during clinical trials. Your main responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Data Management Study Lead in designing eCRFs (electronic Case Report Forms).
- Developing and reviewing data validation specifications.
- Reviewing clinical and third-party data as per study protocols.
- Generating clear, concise queries and dispatching them to investigational sites.
- Collaborating with peers and cross-functional teams to achieve study timelines.
- Supporting documentation, query tracking, and archiving processes.
🎯 Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates should bring a passion for clinical data management along with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of clinical data management practices.
- Familiarity with data management systems such as Medidata or Oracle RDC.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines (preferred but not mandatory).
