As a Quality Assurance Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of all laboratory activities. Your responsibilities will include:
🔍 Conducting Audits – Perform internal, in-process, retrospective, and vendor audits as per SOPs, GCP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
📊 Data Review – Ensure accuracy and compliance of clinical and bioanalytical data.
📄 SOP Management – Prepare and review department SOPs to maintain regulatory alignment.
🎓 Training – Conduct employee induction and routine SOP training to reinforce quality standards.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this role, you should have:
- MSc or M.Pharm in a relevant field
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (Freshers with M.Pharm in QA can also apply)
- Strong understanding of GCP, GLP, SOPs, and related regulatory frameworks
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
