📝 About the Role
As a Clinical Trials Assistant, you will support Clinical Research Associates, Regulatory teams, and Start-Up teams by ensuring smooth and efficient trial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
✨ Maintaining Clinical Documents
- Updating and managing essential clinical documents such as the Trial Master File (TMF).
📄 Preparing & Handling Documents
- Preparing, distributing, filing, and archiving clinical documents as per SOPs.
📊 Tracking & Managing Data
- Handling Case Report Forms (CRFs), queries, and monitoring clinical data flow.
💬 Communication Hub
- Serving as a central contact for project communications and documentation.
📚 Requirements
🎓 Education: Relevant combination of education, training, or experience.
⏳ Experience: 6 months–1 year in clinical research.
💻 Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
🗣️ Communication: Excellent written and verbal English skills.
