Job Responsibilities
Freshers selected for the Production Department will work on various manufacturing and bioprocessing activities.
Major responsibilities include:
- Assisting in upstream and downstream bioprocessing activities.
- Media preparation and sterilization.
- Cell culture maintenance and monitoring.
- Operating fermenters and bioreactors.
- Following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Maintaining Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR).
- Working inside GMP-compliant manufacturing facilities.
- Maintaining aseptic conditions throughout manufacturing.
- Cleaning and sanitizing manufacturing equipment.
- Monitoring process parameters such as pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, and pressure.
- Supporting vaccine production activities.
- Coordinating with Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments.
- Following safety protocols and documentation procedures.
- Participating in equipment validation and routine maintenance activities.
