The Literature Review Specialist plays a crucial role within the Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Drug Safety domain. This position focuses on identifying, evaluating, and processing safety data from global scientific literature.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
- Literature Screening: Search and review medical databases like PubMed and Embase to identify safety signals
- Case Processing: Extract adverse event data and create Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs)
- Quality Review: Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory timelines
- MedDRA Coding: Apply standardized medical terminology for drugs and adverse events
- Regulatory Compliance: Follow global guidelines such as ICH-GCP and GVP
📋 Job Requirements & Eligibility
