🔬 About the Role:
As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you will provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team, ensuring that clinical trials are conducted efficiently and effectively. You will play a critical role in supporting audit readiness, site activation, and feasibility assessments, while also developing collaborative relationships with investigators and site personnel.
🧩Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Project Team, including site activation activities and audit readiness.
Critical Path Development: Assist in developing the crucial path for site activation within assigned projects.
Collaboration: Develop collaborative relationships with investigators and site personnel to conduct feasibility assessments and identify potential sites for clinical trials.
Training and Support: Support training of new staff and participate in departmental initiatives to aid in process improvements/enhancements.
🎓Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, with at least 2 years of experience in a comparable role.
Skills:
Strong Organisational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Attention to Detail: Proven ability to ensure accuracy and efficiency in project-specific data/systems.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and able to obtain knowledge and master clinical trial database systems.
