🧩 Role Overview: Project Coordinator – Clinical Trials
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll be the operational backbone of our clinical projects, supporting Project Managers in ensuring seamless execution, compliance, and timely delivery of clinical studies.
📌 Key Responsibilities
- Central Communication: Act as the primary coordination point between cross-functional teams, vendors, and sponsors 📞
- Project Tracking: Maintain project plans, timelines, risk logs, and study status reports 📊
- Documentation Management: Oversee Trial Master File (TMF) maintenance, version control, and audit readiness 📂
- Financial Coordination: Track project budgets, vendor invoices, and deliverables 💰
- Meeting Management: Organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document actionable minutes 📝
🎓 Candidate Profile
We’re looking for someone who understands that attention to detail is critical in clinical research.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Clinical Research
- 💼 2–5 years of experience in project coordination within a CRO, Pharma, or Biotech
- 📑 Strong working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial workflows
- 💻 Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking/management tools
- 🤹♂️ Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently
