As a Regulatory Coordinator, you’ll act as a key support pillar for the Director of Regulatory Affairs and the International Markets team. 🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Support
Manage calendars, schedule global meetings, and monitor team inboxes for Senior Directors. - Operational Excellence
Coordinate town halls, global site visits, and team off-sites. - Data & Compliance
Support regulatory teams with data entry, compliance tracking, and submission processes. - Financial Coordination
Handle vendors, generate Purchase Orders (POs), and process invoices for the GRA (Global Regulatory Affairs) India team. - Global Collaboration 🌏
Act as a bridge between international sites to ensure smooth regulatory operations.
👤 Candidate Profile
Teva is seeking professionals who thrive in fast-paced, global environments.
- 🎓 Education: M.Pharm (Mandatory)
- 💼 Experience: 2–3 years in the pharmaceutical industry
- 🧠 Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical departments & workflows
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Excellent organizational & time-management abilities
- Clear communication skills for global stakeholder interaction 🗣️
