🧪 Job Role: Lab Executive / Laboratory Operations
As part of the lab operations team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day laboratory functioning while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
✅ Key Responsibilities
🔹 Manage daily laboratory operations and ensure smooth workflow
🔹 Coordinate lab housekeeping, safety, and security activities
🔹 Maintain Quality Control (QC) & Quality Assurance (QA) systems
🔹 Support SOP implementation, audits, and compliance activities
🔹 Handle equipment maintenance, calibration, and procurement
🔹 Manage inventory of chemicals, reagents, and lab consumables
🔹 Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and compliance guidelines
🔹 Assist in staff training and continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
✔ Experience: Freshers to 0–3 years (Lab Operations / QA / QC)
✔ Education: Life Sciences / Chemistry / Biotechnology or related fields
✔ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔ Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced lab environment
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
