🔬 Key Responsibilities
✨ Collaborate with Production teams for plant troubleshooting and process optimization
✨ Conduct OOS/OOT investigations, execute DOE, and support CAPA implementation
✨ Develop and implement salvage processes for non-conforming batches
✨ Prepare and submit PDRs and technical reports to OA
✨ Participate in CFT meetings and provide technical inputs
✨ Perform laboratory trials to resolve plant issues and share data with stakeholders
✨ Support training & development through self-learning and on-the-job technical/safety training
✨ Maintain robust documentation in line with GLP / GMP / cGMP 📑
