As a Case Processing Executive, you will:
- Handle inbound and outbound voice processes
- Follow up on medical reports
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams
- Deliver high-quality customer service
- Work in a fixed US night shift (Monday–Friday)
📚 Eligibility & Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to work in US night shift
- Basic computer knowledge
- 0–1 year experience (Freshers welcome)
