About the Role 📝
As a Junior Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA), you will assist in the coordination of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), regulatory requirements, and study protocols.
Key Responsibilities 📊
Assist in preparing and maintaining study documents, including informed consent forms and case report forms
Coordinate with study sites to ensure smooth study execution
Assist in patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment
Manage study supplies, lab samples, and other study-related materials
Perform data entry and data management
Assist in preparing regulatory submissions and study closure documents
Maintain study files, both physical and electronic
Communicate with study teams, Investigators, and sites
Requirements 📚
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, B. Pharma, or M. Pharma
6 months – 2 years of experience in clinical research
Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel and clinical trial management systems
Preferred Skills 🌈
Certification and experience in clinical research
Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems
Knowledge of clinical trial regulations and guidelines
