About the Role 📝
As a TMF Document Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and compliance of clinical trial documentation, ensuring adherence to SOPs, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Responsibilities 📊
Perform comprehensive eTMF completeness checks and milestone reviews
Conduct ALCOA+E and metadata checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with TMF Leads and study teams to collect requirements and resolve issues
Provide training and support to internal team members
Process TMF documents in line with good documentation practices
Communicate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and escalate issues
Contribute to process improvements and initiatives
Requirements 📚
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Clinical Research, or related field
2-5 years of experience in TMF management or clinical documentation
Hands-on experience with eTMF systems, preferably Veeva Vault
Strong knowledge of TMF document types, properties, and regulatory compliance requirements
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
