About the Role 📝
As an IHCRA, you’ll provide in-house support to our clinical team, ensuring compliance with ICH GCP guidelines, local and global regulatory requirements, and Novotech or client SOPs.
Responsibilities 📊
Support clinical team activities on assigned projects
Coordinate and maintain clinical study documentation in Trial Master Files (TMF)
Support essential document development, collection, and management
Manage Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) and ensure site compliance
Follow up with teams to update site milestones, subject tracking, and PISCFs
Create Investigator Site Files and coordinate trial materials
Assist with onsite or remote monitoring visits and IRB submissions
Support site-specific Clinical Trial Agreement (CTA) and budget negotiation
Prepare and update site Subject Visit Templates (SVTs)
Take responsibility for the submission and tracking of Investigator payments
Complete study finance reconciliation and vendor management updates
Requirements 📚
Relevant experience/qualifications in Life Sciences or related field
Entry with less than 2 years’ experience in IHCRA or relevant roles
Experience in the pharmaceutical, CRO, or healthcare industry is advantageous
Strong knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and clinical research regulations
