About the Role 📝
As a Trainee Research Associate – Bioanalytical, you’ll work closely with experienced professionals to learn and develop skills in bioanalytical research. You’ll contribute to quality control, data review, and compliance with SOPs and GLP principles.
Responsibilities 📊
- Conduct quality control and review data and reports
- Ensure compliance with SOPs and GLP principles
- Manage lab activities and maintain instruments and equipment
- Review raw data, chromatograms, and reports of method validations and studies
- Check calibration status and labeling of instruments and equipment
- Generate, control, and distribute method SOPs
- Handle logbook and archival of completed logbooks
- Perform routine glassware validations and monitor temperature and humidity
- Coordinate training programs on SOPs
- Ensure cleanliness of laboratory and disposal of non-bio-waste and bio-waste
Requirements 📚
- Masters degree in Chemistry, M Pharmacy, or B Pharmacy (2023-2025 graduates)
- 2-year bond required
- Must have key skills: UV, Method Validation, Method Development, LCMS, HPLC
- Other key skills: GLP, Bioanalytical
