As a Veeva Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing promotional and medical materials, ensuring compliant referencing, and managing internal/external review workflows. You will work closely with medical, regulatory, and marketing teams to prepare submission-ready content and address MLR feedback efficiently. Key Responsibilities 📊
- Create placeholders, upload materials, and maintain metadata/version control: Ensure accurate and efficient management of promotional and medical materials.
- Upload and manage references with proper classification: Ensure compliant referencing and accurate classification of references.
- Add accurate anchors for all claims, figures, tables, and footnotes: Ensure accurate and compliant referencing of claims, figures, tables, and footnotes.
- Manage MLR workflows, track reviews: Ensure efficient management of MLR workflows and track reviews.
Required Skills 📊
- 4-5 years hands-on Veeva PromoMats experience: Strong understanding of Veeva Vault PromoMats and its applications.
- Strong understanding of MLR/PRC review processes: Excellent knowledge of MLR/PRC review processes and requirements.
- Excellent referencing & attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accurate referencing.
