Key Responsibilities 📝
- Document Administration: Document-related duties, including uploading and approving documents for quality and completeness.
- System Oversight: Maintaining the eTMF system, ensuring it’s up-to-date and functioning correctly.
- Regulatory Compliance Support: Ensuring the eTMF system is inspection-ready for health authorities and serving as the point of contact for auditors during inspections.
- Coordination & Communication: Coordination and follow-up with CRAs to update TMF and communicate insufficiencies.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluating and improving the eTMF processes and workflows to increase efficiency and compliance.
Eligibility Criteria 📚
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a health-related field, such as biology, chemistry, nursing, pharmacy, or public health, and/or Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Research.
- Experience: Minimum 0-2 years of experience in the field of clinical research.
- Location: Mumbai.
