π Job Responsibilities
As a Regulatory Associate, you will play a key role in supporting regulatory submissions and ensuring compliance with global standards. Your responsibilities will include:

Publishing, dispatching, and archiving regulatory submissions in formats recommended by health agencies
β
Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality submissions in accordance with client expectations and internal processes
β
Formatting, hyperlinking, and preparing submission-ready documents using **MS Word** and **Adobe Acrobat**
β
Collaborating with cross-functional teams for planning, preparation, and quality control checks
β
Managing technical aspects of assigned submissions and providing regular status updates
β
Staying current with agency standards and troubleshooting document-related issues
π Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
π Bachelorβs degree in Pharmacy (mandatory)
π Prior experience in Publishing & Submissions within a regulatory or clinical setting
π‘ Familiarity with various publishing and validation tools
π₯οΈ Strong proficiency in MS Word and Adobe Acrobat
π€ Excellent collaboration skills and attention to detail
π Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
