📋 Job Responsibilities
As a Regulatory Associate, you will play a key role in supporting regulatory submissions and ensuring compliance with global standards. Your responsibilities will include:
✅ Publishing, dispatching, and archiving regulatory submissions in formats recommended by health agencies
✅ Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality submissions in accordance with client expectations and internal processes
✅ Formatting, hyperlinking, and preparing submission-ready documents using **MS Word** and **Adobe Acrobat**
✅ Collaborating with cross-functional teams for planning, preparation, and quality control checks
✅ Managing technical aspects of assigned submissions and providing regular status updates
✅ Staying current with agency standards and troubleshooting document-related issues
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (mandatory)
📊 Prior experience in Publishing & Submissions within a regulatory or clinical setting
