You will work closely with our team to develop and deliver centralized monitoring reports and provide training support to junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities 📝
- Lead Setup of Study-Specific Tools: Set up study-specific tools and analysis with support from the manager.
- Conduct Centralized Statistical Reviews: Conduct centralized statistical reviews of study data to identify emerging and existing risks.
- Develop and Deliver Reports: Develop and deliver centralized monitoring reports and lead centralized monitoring meetings.
- Provide Training Support: Provide training support to new and junior staff members within areas of expertise.
- Track and Review Timelines: Track and review timelines, develop analysis assignments, and ensure reviews are completed on time and with high quality.
Requirements 📝
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a field relevant to clinical research.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in central statistical monitoring with overall 8 years of experience in two or more operational areas.
- Skills: Good understanding of statistical monitoring and Risk-Based Quality Management (RBQM), excellent computer skills, and advanced knowledge of MS Office.
- Attributes: Fluent in English, excellent communication skills, and ability to work in non-traditional work environments.
