About the Role 📝
As a CRA, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of clinical trials. You’ll work closely with sites, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and GCP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities 📚
- Site Monitoring Visits: Perform site monitoring visits, including selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Study Management: Manage the progress of assigned studies, including tracking regulatory submissions and approvals, recruitment and enrollment, and case report form completion and submission.
- Communication: Establish regular lines of communication with sites to manage ongoing project expectations and issues.
- Documentation: Create and maintain accurate documentation, including visit reports, follow-up letters, and other required study documentation.
Requirements 📝
- Bachelor’s Degree: In a scientific discipline or healthcare preferred.
- Prior Experience: On-site monitoring experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- GCP Knowledge: Basic knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
