USV Private Limited is seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to join its Biotechnology Research Laboratory in Maharashtra. The successful candidate will have a strong background in biologics and experience in analytical development and characterisation.
🔬Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for analytical deliverables of biologics projects for regulated markets
Deliverables include method development, qualification, technology transfer, biosimilarity assessment, forced degradation, and characterisation activities
Plan and execute experiments using various analytical techniques, including chromatography, electrophoresis, and spectrophotometry
Major responsibility will be planning and execution of HPLC, UPLC, and CE-based analysis
🎓Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in a biotechnology research laboratory
Hands-on experience of different chromatography modes like RP, HIC, IEX, SEC, etc.
Hands-on experience of different capillary electrophoresis techniques, cIEF, CZE, CE-SDS, etc.
Experience of working on biotherapeutic proteins like monoclonal antibodies or any candidate biosimilars
Method development and qualification experience is a must
