Role: Project Assistant Immediate Joiner
Qualification: Bachelor of Pharmacy
Job Description: We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Assistant to join our team. The Project Assistant will be responsible for managing all project-related information and ensuring seamless communication between various departments, including management, business development, clinical operations, and HR. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently and is willing to travel as necessary to support project activities.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
-Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing clinical research projects.
-Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
-Monitor project progress and report any deviations to the Project Manager.
-Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries.
-Facilitate effective communication between management, business development, clinical operations, and HR teams. * Prepare and distribute regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
-Organise and participate in project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
-Coordinate with external vendors, clients, and partners as needed.
-Ensure all project-related activities are compliant with regulatory and company standards.
-Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other documentation.
-Manage project files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurately filed.
-Handle administrative tasks such as travel arrangements, expense reports, and scheduling.
-Willingness to travel as necessary to support project needs, including site visits, client meetings, and conferences.
Location: Bengaluru
Salary: 2.1 Lakhs to 2.5 Lakhs per year
