Role: Clinical Trial Assistant
Experience: 1+ years of experience required in Clinical Research (Immediate joiners preferred)
Job Overview: Collaborate with our Clinical Research Associates and Regulatory and Start-Up teams to maintain seamless trial operations. Your daily administrative expertise will play a key role in ensuring our Trial Master File is delivered with precision and accuracy, supporting the success of our clinical trials.
📝 Key Responsibilities:
– Support Clinical Research Associates and Regulatory teams in maintaining accurate and up-to-date clinical documents and systems, ensuring site compliance and performance within project timelines.
– Prepare, handle, and distribute clinical documentation and reports, adhering to standard operating procedures and scope of work.
– Conduct periodic reviews of study files to ensure completeness and accuracy.
– Assist with Clinical Trial Supplies management, including preparation, handling, and tracking
– Oversee Case Report Forms, queries, and clinical data flow, ensuring smooth data management.
– Serve as a primary point of contact for project communications, correspondence, and documentation.
– Participate in site visits with Clinical Research Associates, supporting clinical monitoring activities after completing necessary training.
Location: Bengaluru
Salary: 2.5 Lakhs to 3.1 Lakhs per year
