You will work closely with the formulation development team to design, develop, and optimise new formulations, and ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct literature searches and patent searches to identify new product opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
Procure and evaluate reference products and comparators
Apply for test licenses and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Prepare costing formulas and execute bio batches
Procure raw materials and packaging materials
Conduct pre-formulation studies and review master formula records and specifications
Develop and scale up formulations
Conduct stability studies and compile analytical and stability data
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lab notebooks and project files
Ensure balance calibration and maintenance of calibration records
Requirements
M. Pharm or PhD in Pharmaceutics from a top college
0-6 years of experience in formulation development or a related field
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation development principles and practices
