About the Job

As a US Medical Records Review & Summarisation Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and organising US patient medical records, extracting relevant information, and building clear chronology sheets and summary reports with hyperlinks/indices. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that all documentation meets their specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Review and Organise Medical Records: Review and organise US patient medical records for litigation, insurance claims, workers’ comp, and personal injury cases.

Extract Relevant Information: Extract injury, presentation, providers, chronology, interventions, and complications from medical records.

Build Chronology Sheets and Summary Reports: Build clear chronology sheets and summary reports with hyperlinks/indices.

Meet Client Specifications: Meet client specifications on format, depth, and turnaround time (TAT).

Maintain Confidentiality: Handle protected health information (PHI) securely and comply with data-privacy protocols.

Requirements

Qualifications: BAMS, BHMS, BPT, BDS, B.Pharm, or M.Pharm degree.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in US medical record review and summarisation.

Strong Clinical/Medical Knowledge: Strong clinical/medical knowledge and ability to interpret medical records, including H&P, Operative, Radiology, Labs, and Consults.

Excellent Written English: Excellent written English skills and ability to write concise, logical summaries.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Proficient in MS Word and Excel: Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with experience in document management, indexing/hyperlinking, and PDF annotation.
