✅About the Role
As a Clinical Trial Coordinator, you’ll provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team and ensure audit readiness by reviewing files according to the schedule detailed in the organisation’s SOP and department guidance document. You’ll also provide administrative support for site activation activities and aid in the development of the critical path for site activation within assigned projects.
✅Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and technical support to the Project Team
Ensure audit readiness by reviewing files according to the schedule
Provide administrative support for site activation activities
Aid in the development of the critical path for site activation
Represent the organisation in the global medical research community
Develop collaborative relationships with investigators and site personnel
Support the training of new staff and participate in departmental initiatives
✅Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 2 years)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent computer skills, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
