💼Job Description
As a Case Processing Associate in Pharmacovigilance, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and accurately documenting adverse events, product complaints, and medical inquiries. You will also be responsible for eliciting and recording critical details, proofreading and ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and submitting reports within agreed timelines.
🎓Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound calls and accurately document adverse events, product complaints, and medical inquiries
Elicit and record critical details, including patient history, medication history, demographics, and physician information
Proofread and ensure data accuracy and completeness
Submit reports within agreed timelines and in full compliance
Work independently and in a matrix environment
✅Requirements
B.Pharm, Nursing, BDS, BMS, or Life Sciences degree
Freshers to 4 years of experience
Solid understanding of medical terminology and clinical assessment
Strong communication and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
