💼Job Description
As a Data Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and quality of clinical trial data. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading data management activities for clinical trials, including data processing, validation, and verification
Ensuring data quality and integrity, and implementing data management best practices
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, biostatistics, and programming
Developing and implementing data management plans, data validation checks, and data cleaning protocols
Providing data management support to clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
🧠Requirements
4-5 years of experience in Clinical Data Management
At least 2 years of experience as a Data Manager, with end-to-end CDM experience
Strong knowledge of CDISC, GCP, ICH, and Medidata Rave
Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
