📄 1. Product Quality Report (PQR) Management
- Create, compile, and distribute Product Quality Reports (PQRs) via the regulatory affairs system.
🧪 2. Certificate & Sample Tracking
- Work closely with affiliates and stakeholders to gather essential information.
- Track certificate and sample request status and ensure timely updates.
🌐 3. Translation Coordination
- Coordinate with registered vendors for document translations required for submissions.
- Ensure timely delivery to country affiliates.
📦 4. Sample Request Coordination
- Support sample request management for registration purposes.
- Ensure smooth communication with global affiliates.
🗂 5. Workflow Management
- Assign tasks to relevant teams based on request category.
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in workflow processes.
🗄 6. SharePoint Updates
- Update and archive requests on SharePoint for global visibility and transparency.
🛠 7. Bulk Updates
- Perform required bulk updates in the regulatory affairs system.
🎓 Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biosciences, or related fields.
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Regulatory Affairs or a similar domain.
